We try to ship all orders within 2 working days! For delivery, please allow 5-10 days – depending on the country and the delivery method. Some delays in delivery may occur in very busy periods like Christmas or Black Friday or due to COVID-19 related delays. This is out of our control but we do provide tracking information and are happy to assist in any way possible!
I need to change my shipping address, is this possible?
A change of address can only be done BEFORE the order has shipped out. Once the order has shipped, it is the customers responsibility to call shipping company and update the address. We will not be responsible for a package going to the wrong address because of misinformation the customer entered..If you are away and will not be home to accept a package, you will have to call the shipping company and make arrangements for pick up or re-delivery.
No, different customs apply to different countries for different items and we are not able to track the changes automatically all over the world. If you are not sure whether you are allowed to order something from abroad without import fees please contact your customs office.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order may be cancelled free of charge, provided the products have not been shipped.
